Write for us

Prime Cinema Stories welcomes pitches that help general readers notice a specific storytelling or craft choice in cinema. Send proposals through the Contact page; an idea is welcome, but publication is not guaranteed.

What to pitch

We are interested in focused explanations of story structure, performance, visuals, sound or editing. Bring one clear question, identify the film or kind of scene you have in mind, and say what a reader will understand by the end. Evergreen ideas that remain useful beyond a release cycle are especially suitable.

Make the proposal useful

A strong pitch names its central point, gives a brief outline and explains how it differs from familiar general commentary. Say what examples you would use and how you would separate observable details from interpretation. Keep the proposal concise; a complete draft is not needed for an initial enquiry.

How to send it

Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Include a proposed title, a short summary and any relevant background about the idea. Do not send confidential material or assume that a pitch has been accepted until an editorial reply confirms it.
